Positioned adjacent to the sea front where you can enjoy panoramic views of Llandudno, this Victorian town house is beautifully appointed with 12 fully furnished en suite bedrooms.
Our property has been totally refurbished to a top class standard to provide everything you could wish for in luxury guest accommodation, whilst still maintaining many original features. Your room is serviced everyday and we provide all toiletries, mineral water and biscuits and even a free newspaper in the morning.
Our stylish modern Italian restaurant is open daily serving fresh pizza, pasta and salads. (Booking in advance is advisable). The sweeping bay of Llandudno is literally across the road from us and the town is 100 metres away so we are a perfect base to visit this historic town.
Quite literally meaning 'beautiful view', the Bella Vista has beautiful views of Llandudno bay.

On entering Llandudno by the a470, drive through the town centre towards the end of the shops and you will come to a roundabout with Woolworths on the right, Turn right and the road bends round to the left. Follow this road for 250 metres and you will come to a small roundabout turning left on to Church Walks. We are immediately on the right hand side.
